Security Controls and System Administration

The User and Password Control, Function and Operation Control, and Employee Record Access Control of the system protect every single piece of confidential and sensitive HR data from unauthorized access. System administrator is able to define who can logon the system, restrict individual users to use particular functions (e.g. employment, payroll, ...) and operations (e.g. add, change, delete, view, ...), and also limit users' access to authorized employee records only. The system can keep track of all record changes and user activities/actions in event logs for audit trail purpose.
